Hey there, I’m Jaylen—but most people call me Jay! (Or a soundboard—I tend to make a lot of noises, lol!)
I'm a creative strategist and visual storyteller with a passion for building meaningful connections through marketing, content, and thoughtful storytelling. From leading creative productions and developing content strategies to capturing moments behind the camera, I love bringing ideas to life in ways that resonate with people and support larger business goals.
One of the things I enjoy most about this work is that no two projects are ever the same. Whether collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting executive events, or developing campaigns from concept to execution, I'm energized by solving problems creatively, building relationships, and creating work that makes an impact.
My faith in Jesus shapes the way I approach both life and work. It influences how I lead, how I serve others, and how I strive to treat every person with kindness, integrity, and excellence. While my faith is deeply personal, it's also the foundation of the character I bring to every team and every opportunity.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking, exploring an art gallery, listening to country music, or spending time with my two dogs. I love discovering new places, finding inspiration in everyday moments, and bringing that curiosity into both my creative work and the teams I'm fortunate to be part of.
Whether I'm contributing creative strategy, leading production, or collaborating on the next big idea, my goal is simple: create meaningful work, support the people around me, and leave every project better than I found it.
